NORTHLAND TUNNEL
COMMISSIONERS’ PLANS TO BE EMBODIED At the meeting of the City Council on Wednesday night it was decided that, in connection with the application for an Order-in-Council with respect to the Northland tunnel, the council embody the plans prepared by Messrs. Holmes and MacLcan as part of the application to be made to the Public Works Department.
