HOW THE VOTING WENT As the opinion of members of _ the Citv Council was just as sharply dividel as that of the public as to the advisability of laving tramway tracks over Hill Street, it is interesting to analyse the voting on this important issue, as divulged at Thursday’s meeting of the council.
