WEST COAST MINING CASE

Hearing of the mining case in which J. T. Dove claimed £>3700 for coal alleged to have been taken from his lease by Morganti and party and damages, and a counter-claim by Morganti and party for £l7OO for damages to drive, losses of coal caused thereby and through plaintiff piercing a tire area, was resumed to-day by Mr. W. Meldrum, Warden. He sat until a late hour to-night, when the further hearing was adjourned until July 15.
