He reported that everything was running smoothly.—Sydney “Sun” Cable. NON-STOP FLIGHT RECORD FRENCH’COMPETITORS TRY TO BEAT IT (Rec. July 1, 7.20 p.m.) Paris, July 1. Several competitors will shortly try to beat the brothers Arrachard’s new record for a non-stop flight Captain Le Maitre, who accompanied the Arrachards, sets out to-morrow for Senegal, and Captain Girier for Western Russia. Captain Cballe will lat'-r fly to central Europe. It is significant that all are using different motors.
