« BRITISH OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP SCORES IN QUALIFYING ROUNDS London, June 17. The second round of the qualifying play in the British Open Golf Championship is now nearly completed, with the following results to hand: —
In the southern section 'of the open golf championship scores of 154/ and under qualified. Additional scores, fon the section are: A. Perez (Argentina), 149; W. Mehlhorn (U.S.A.), ■ 1.50. In the central section scores of 155 and under qualified. Additional scores are: Jurado (Argentina), 146; T. Barber (Britain), 147; J. W. Gaudin (Britain), 147; Al. Watrous (U.S.A.). 149; T. D. Armour (U.S.A.), 149; Macleod (U.S.A.), 149; Emmet French (U.S.A.), 153. Carnegie Clark (Australia), who took 157. did not qualify.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. ' MANOR PARK CLUB.
