ELIMINATION OF SCRUB BULLS. By Telegbaph.—Pbess Association. Palmerston North, June 18. At the instigation of the Friesian Breeders’ Association a conference of breeders of all dairy stock was held this morning to consider the scrub bull question. It was decided that the meeting was not in favour of eliminating the scrub bull by legislation. A committee was set up to report on the question to a general meeting of breeders on the question at the Royal Show, the commitee also to formulate a scheme for a federation of breed societies to work in the interests of the industry.
