AN INTERESTING LECTURE. As ft large maiority of the people of the' Dominion will never have an opportunity of seeing the New Zealand Government Battle Exploit Memorials erected in France, Belgium and Gallipoli. the announcement that tho Minister of Internal Affairs (Hon.
