MURRAY OUTPOINTS JAMITO. By Telegraph I’i ls.- Issiiciatioa Invercargill, May 81. There was a large attendance to witness the professional light-weight contest between Les Murray and feaivino Jamito, fifteen rounds.. lhe opening stages were characterised by forcing tactics on the part of Jamito, Murray boxing vety coolly. As the fight progressed Murray asserted his superiority, and punished Jamito with a snappv left, 'and made good use of a right’ cross. A clever exposition resulted in Murray getting the verdict on points.
