MUST BE IN PROPER SPHERE, SAYS PREMIER By Teiegraph.—Press Association Auckland, May 31. “I am sure the bus regulations will have the effect of organising the bus services on a proper basis and of placing them in their proper sphere of activity.” remarked the Prime Minister on Saturday. “The change must come sooner or "later, and the sooner it comes the better. We must model our tran inor’ation system on t4u- best lines.'”
