CIRCUMSTANCES A MYSTERY. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Hamilton, April 12. A man’s foot and portion of a leg protruding outside a large empty packing case at the rear of William Muir’s,china and fancy goods shop in Victoria Street this afternoon attracted the atention of a girl from an adjoining shop, who, upon examination, discovered the dead body of the proprietor lying head downwards. Deceased, who came to Hamilton about three years ago from Temuka, where his wife is at present on holiday, had been receiving treatment for heart trouble and blood pressure for some time. He remarked to a friend only a few days ago that be was feeling a great deal better than lie had for some time. In the meantime, however, the circumstances of the death remain a mystery.
