MR. O’REGAN’S /.LLBGATIONS, I’y Telegraph.—Press Association Christchurch, April 10. In an interview this morning, Mr. P. J O’Regan, ol Wellington, said that although uo specific disclosures had been made on the point, there was a tacit conspiracy between the present Government and certain powerful political ‘forces regarding the destruction of the triennial Parliaments. This was being done under the specious pretence of licensing reform, anil aimed at the restoration of five-year Parliaments.
