OFFICIAL OPENING. Bt Telegraph-- Press Association Waipawa, February 13. The Abbotsford Home, erected by the Diocese of Waiapu at a total cost of nearly £lO,OOO, was officially opened by the Bishop of Waiapu The whole of the cost of the home has been borne by the Rathbone Trust.
