In tho Supreme Court, the arson charge against Fred Logie, Dennis Blake, and James Dell, was withdrawn. Blake and Logie pleaded guilty to burglary. Tho sentence was postponed. Dell was acquitted.

Justice AlacGrcgor in tho Supremo Court this morning, and were sentenced as follow-.—John Benjamin Alston, indecent assault, three years; Herbcit Boagey, breaches of i)ie ( Bankruptcy Act, one month; David Strachan, theft of moneys from the I’atea-Waitotaia Rabbit Board to bo detained foi a period not exceeding two years for refoimative treatment.
