Christ hurch. February 11

Edward James Brownie, aged 39, was charged in the Magistrate’s Court this morning witli unlawfully presenting a firearm al his son, Flank Brownie, last night. His wife gave evidence that lie had been drinking. Accused was convicted and ordered to come up for seritenco on condition that lie gave up his present work in a brewery, and did not handle firearms.
