STARTLING VALUES DURING ALTERATION SALE. A REAL CHANCE TO SAVE MONEY. Extensive alterations are being made to the premises known as the Feilding Fancy Goods Arcade, in Manchester Street, and the plans provide for a rearrangement of the interior of this popular establishment, which will give greater floor space and more conveniently arranged access to the second floor. This enterprise of the proprietor, Mr. G. A. Fiebig, has been prompted by the increasing patronage extended to this versatile emporium, and the widespread interest manifested in the music accessories which the Feilding Fancy Goods Arcade has placed within reach of all. A handsome stairway with a landing will form the new access to be provided to the showroom for pianos, gramophones, etc., and to commemorate this event a genuine sale of all crockery and chinaware is to be held, commencing from February 9. There is to be no half-measures respecting this sale—it will be a real clearance effort at prices well below cost. The art chinaware from the great English potteries, along with a wide range of crockery and glassware, must be sold to make way for the alterations. The prices of the offerings will help everyone to make the best purchases they have ever made. It will give one and all a real pleasure to assist in these alterations to this popular and oldestablished house.—Ad-.-t.
