MAGISTRATE’S COURT

Mr. E. Page, S.M., presided in ths Magistrate’s Court yesterday. Convicted on the charge of using indecent language, Theresa Bussell (aged 43) was ordered to come up for sentence if called upon within twelve months; she was also ordered to make good the damage caused by her breaking a window in the cell at the Police Station. A further charge of being, an idle and disorderly person was dismissed. . Thomas Mtirphy was fined 10s. in de. fault 18 hours’ imprisonment for a second offence for drunkenness.
