Air. N. S. Falla, general traffic manager of the Union Steam Ship Company, returned from Sydney by the Alaunganui yesterday. Jlr. F. M. Marlin, lion, treasurer of the Wellington Cricket Association, who has been visiting England, is on his way out by the Ruahine, which is due to arrive at Wellington at the end of the week. Air. Robert Parker left for the south' yesterday to preside at the conference of the Society of Professional Teachers of Alttsic to be held in Dunedin next week.
