RESTRAINING INJUNCTION

A motion for an injunction restraining Alessrs. English and Luxford, late auditors of the New Zealand Co.-op. Dairv Company from publishing or exhibiting a report furnished by them to the -company, on the grounds that such publication is in breach or excess of their duties, has been lodged. .An interim injunction pending an action has been granted.
