Arising out of a recent case at Ngaruawahia, Roy Charles Dorn was charged on remand before Mr. Wyvern Wilson, S.M., in the Hamilton Magistrate’s Court to-day with attempting to murder Muriel Tetzlcaff. Detective Sweeney, in asking for a remand until January 20. stated th-t the girl was still in a critical condition. A remand was granted. No bail was asked for.
