MR “PUSSYFOOT” JOHNSON ON THE POSITION. New York, January 10. Mr. "Pussyfoot” Johnson lias returned from a tour of Europe, and expressed satisfaction at the advancement of Prohibition there, particularly in Turkev. He said that a lot of nonsense hfd been printed in the newspapers about Turkey. The Turks tried Prohibition, and it was a failure through politics, and the country had gone back to liquor, which was heavilv taxed.
