At Los Angelos, Espinosa Fraser, with 68. tied for first place in the first 18hole qualifying round of the 1000 dollar open golf tournament of Sov1 I 'o’m California. Kirkwood tied with Walls for second place with 70. —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. Spaldings make only one quality Tennis Ball—their famous plugless, gelatine-lined ball.
