A meeting at the Mansion House resolved in favour of establishing a Oueen Alexandra National Memorial Fund to assist Queen Victoria’s Jubilee Institute for Nurses, to supply the best possible nursing for the sick and poor in their'own homes; also to provide old age pensions to the Queen’s nurses and to reserve a relatively small sum to erect a suitable visible memorial to Alexandra.—Aus.-N.Z Cable Assn.
