SERIOUS CHARGE AGAINST MARRIED WOMAN

By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, January 7. Four charges of unlawfully using an instrument were preferred against Mrs. Martha Jane O’Shaunghncssy (aged 59) in 'the Magistrate’s Court to-day. Accused was before the Court last week on three of the charges and was remanded. The fourth charge related te an alleged offence on December 29. A remand was made until next Monday. Chief-Detective Cummings objected. He said that accused had been committed for trial on two charges and while on bail on throe more charges it was alleged that she had committed another ofi’cnce. Bail was refused.
