THROWN UNDER LORRY WHEEL
MOTOR-CYCLIST KILLED By Telegrai-ii. —Association Auckland, January 5. A motor-cvclist, Ernest Whitehorse Ncild, was 'killed in Khyber Pass through being thrown under the wheel of a motor-lorrv about five o’clock today. Ncild was attempting to pass the lorry, ’ driven by David Lye, carrier, of Panmure, when his rear mudguard was struck bv a motor-car travelling in the same direction and driven bv Norman Ah Chee. The front wheel of the lorry passed over Neild, who died on the way to the hospital.
