BALLOT ON DRAFT AGREEMENT.

The Federation of Shipbuilding and Engineering Trades will take a ballot during the holidays to. whether it will accept the joint committee s draft agreement, to operate for three yeais, and which can be terminated by six months’ notice on either 1C agreement is designed to. establish machinery for prompt conciliation in the event of disputes, and to avoid strikes. —Sydney “Sun” Cable.
