Members of the AVellington Competitions Societv, also competitors, ar? advised that owing to the Town Hall and Concert Chamber be’ng required for civic purposes, the competitions set down for to-morrow at the Town Hall aye now to ho held af the Grand Opera House, commencing at 16 a.m. The elocutionary items will he held at the AA esley Hull. Taranaki Street. . The Executive Council regret having to advise members of the change of halls, wh’’ch is unavoidable. Ample provision will ho made at the Grand Opera House to-morrow for patrons who have booked their seats for the opening night. On and after Monday the programme will bo carried out at the Hall and Concert Chamber as intended.
