SEVERAL SENTENCED TO DEATH OVER 3000 PRISONERS AWAITING TRIAL Sofia, June 14. . A court-martial ordered the public execution of Lieutenant-Colonel Mik* tenoff and three other anarchists, including a woman, who were fou ,d guilty of participating in secret organisations or furnishing arms to conspirators. A captain ■who was similarly sentenced committed suicide when he was about to be arrested. The condemned were ordered to pay conjointly twelve million leva as damages. In addition To death sentences against Miltenoff and eight others, the courtmartial sentenced the conspirators Pentcheff and Loultcheff to eight. and four years’ imprisonment respectively for concealing ammunition in their houses. Groudoff, another of the accused, was fined two thousand leva on a charge of wrongfully annropriating articles belonging to the State. The Minister of War informed the Chamber of Deputies that over three thousand prisoners were awaiting trial bv court-martial.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn..
