NO BILL IN MURDER CASE. By Tblegeaph—Press Association Gisborne, June 15. The Supreme Court opened this morning, when Mu- Justice Ostler was welcomed by the Law Society. The grand jury returned, a no bill in the charge of murder against Thelma Maule, a young woman employed at the County Hotel, who had given birth to a child without proper attention. Truo bills were found in all other cases. Frederick Chiloott appeared on his second trial on a charge of theft or alternatively receiving £75. The jury, after four hours’ absence, was unable to agree, and a retrial was ordered for next sessions.
