Mr. Fred Gibson, a blind newsagent ,in a village near Melton Mowbray, claims to have walked over 127,000 miles in the course of his work. As many as 72 weddings took place at St. Aldhehn’s Church, Bidminster, Bristol, or: Easter Monday. They were solemnised in batches of four.
