REDUCTION TO AUSTRALIA DELAYED. » London, May 21. The expected reduction of the' Press cable rates to Australia to 6d. a word has been delayed, pending the Imperial Treasury’s sanction, which is necessary before the British Post Office’s proportion of the reduction can become effective.
