By Telegraph—Press Association. * Wanganui, May 21. A complcto agreement lias been reached in the Conciliation Council in the Wellington country journalists’ dispute. The new wages scale involves a reduction of five shillings in cadets' wages; juniors remain as before; generals receive a 12s. fid. increase, and seniors a five shillings increase. A new hours’ clause allows the spread of work to be increased if time off is allowed the worker during tho day.
