TRAFFIC IN ARMS
LEAGUE OF NATIONS’ CONFERENCE AMERICA AND GERMANY REPRESENTED (Rcc. May 6, 1.10 a.m.) Geneva, May 4. The Belgian ex-Premier, M. Carton de AViart, opened the League of Nations Conference on the traffic in arms and munitions, at which forty-three nations are represented, including four non-members, the United States, Germany, Egypt, and Turkey. After formal business had been transacted, the Conference adjourned till to-morrow.— Reuter. .
