INCREASED PAY
TO HARBOUR BOARD STAFF Members of the Wellington Harbour Board’s permanent staff and permanent casuals reciyed a pleasant surprise on their last pay day, when each received a small increase in wages or salary, from £5 4s. per annum upwards. The total of these increases will mean about £4OOO a year to the board.
