HOKITIKA SITTINGS. By Telegraph-—Ukess associationHokitika, March 23. The Supreme Court sittings opened to-day, His Honour Mr. Justice McGregor presiding. No criminal business was set down for hearing. An appeal, Kadomski v. Haseler, which was partly heard at the last sittings, was further adjourned until June. Sidney '\V. Richardson was granted a discharge from bankruptcy. In an undefended divorce suit, Emily; Henderson was granted a decree nisi on the ground of desertion.' A claim bv William Jeffries against John Cron (Okuru) for alleged breach oi contract arising out of an alleged deal in cattle, was partly heard, and adjourned until the next sittings to enable plaintiff to join Charles Neville (inspector of stock) as co-plaintiff, Jeffries and Neville being partners m the Poerua run.
