H.M.S. DUNEDIN

Bx Telegraph-Press Association. Westport, March 21. H.M.S. Dunedin arrived from New Plvmouth at 7 o’clock this morning and anchored in the roadstead. The official party, headed by the Mayor, put off from Westport in the tug Mana at 10 a.m. and boarded ship. Later Commander Stopfordrand fourteen officers came ashore and were the guests of the Progress League and citizens on a trip up the Buller Gorge, where they entered Barley’s coal mine. The weather was beautifullj’ fine, and all spent a pleasant day. H.M.S. Dunedin will leave at 10 p.m. for Greymouth, and from there she is to proceed to Milford Sounds.
