CRUSHED TO DEATH

By Telegraph—Press Association. Hokitika, March 21. A fatal accident occurred at the Totara Sawmill, near Ross, yesterday afternoon. George Sutherland, aged 51, was engaged unloading, logs, when one slipped off a truck and rolled on him, crushing his chest and face. Death was instantaneous. Deceased was unmarried.
