Ltd., had poorer to' take and to apply its funds or any part, or parts thereof in payment of shares in a company formed principally for the obiects relating to shipping. Hi* Honour held that the company had that power, but the shipping, however, must be limited to New Zealand, and consequentlv the company mnst he one tnat conld trade only in New Zealand and that had trading to Karamea as one of its objects.
