AUCKLAND CAR OWNERS INDIGNANT By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, December 21. The statement of the Mayor of Auckland that the revised heavy traf-fic'by-law which is to come into force at the New Year would include private cars as well as commercial vehicles, has aroused a general storm of indignation among heavy car owners and importers. The general opinion is that the new by-law is iniquitous, unreasonable, and absurd. A meeting of the executive of the Auckland Automobile Association i£ to be called to consider the matter.
