HONOURABLY DISCHARGED
FARMER. NOT GUILTY OF FRAUD AND PERJURY. By Telegraph.—Press Association! Hamilton, November 28. In the Supreme Court, Thomas Luxton, a well-known farmer of Eureka, '_zs charged with fraud and perjury. It was alleged that accused made a statement to an insurance company after his house was destroyed by fire that certain articles were destroyed, whereas they were saved. The jury returned a verdict of not guilty, and accused was discharged without a stain on his character.
