Mr. A. Yonnu (Hamilton) intends to ask tho Prime Minister whether tho Government will this session introduce legislation to set up some form of representative board, or other responsible body, to investigate tho proposals of all local authorities to raise loans in New Zealand, with a view to exorcising a well-considered control over the amount of money each may borrow annually within tho Do--minion.
