ULIMAROA FROM SYDNEY. Shortly before 10 o’clock yesterday morning the Huddart-Parkcr Co.’s Ulimaroa arrived in the stream from Sydney direct. The vessel berthed at No. 1 north (outer tee) Queen’s Wharf at 10.40 a.ra. yesterday. The Ulimaroa sailed from Sydney at noon on Saturday, and experienced light variable winds and moderate seas throughout the passage. The vessel is to sail from Wellington at noon tomorrow on the return trip to Sydney. PORT ALBANY IN COOK STRAIT. A telegram from Stephen Island reports that the C. and D. Line steamer Port Albany passed there at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, bound from Australian ports to London, via Montevideo. THE NORFOLK. The Federal liner Norfolk is to leave Gisborne to-day for Auckland to complete loading for Glasgow, Liverpool, and Manchester. It is expected that the vessel will clear Auckland on Saturday. THE WESTMORELAND REPORTED. The Federal S.N. Co. hav» received a wireless message‘from the Westmoreland, en route from Liverpool, stating that the vessel will arrive at Auckland on Tuesday morning. She is duo at Wellington about a week later. THE NGAKUTA. Tho Union Co. received a further wireless message from the Ngakuta yesterday advising that she now expects to arrive here to-morrow afternoon from Rarotonga, Mangala, and Aitutaki witli fruit. She lias been further delayed by heavy southerly weather. The riessel, wlicli has fruit to land here, should get away on Saturday for Auckland to complete discharge. ORIENT CITY LEAVES COLON. According to cable advice the Orient City left Colon on July 4 for Auckland, Napier, and Australian ports, en route from Port Arthur, New Orleans, and New York. Mr. E. G. F. Zohrab, agent for the steamer, states that she is due at Auckland about August G. The vessel is bringing oil and general cargo.

The AVaikawa sailed from Napier on Tuesday evening for Lyttelton and Dunedin to continue the discharge of her Pacific Coast cargo. MESS-TABLE GOSSIP. Mr. R. 11. Hargreaves, third officer, has left the Kamo. Mr. L. Scott has joined the vessel as second engineer. TREVORIAN ARRIVES TO-MORROAV. The steamer Trevorian left Auckland at G. 40 a.m. yesterday for AA’elllngton, en route from Montreal and Newport News. The vessel is due here to-morrow to discharge part cargo. The agents are the New Zealand Shipping Co. THE CANADIAN MILLER. The Canadian Miller berthed at Dunedin at 10 a.m. yesterday to load for New York, Boston, and Montreal. She will leave the Otago port to-day, is due at Lyttelton at daybreak to-morrow, and at Wellington on Sunday morning. The vessel is to leave AVellington on Monday for Napier and Auckland, and is to sail finally from the last-named port on Aug. 1. THE REMUERA. The New Zealand Shipping Co.'s Remuera (now loading at Napier) will proceed thence to AVellington, where she is due on Saturday morning to complete her loading. Site will sail from AVellington at 4 p.m. on Tuesday for Plymouth and London, via Panama.
THE CORINTHIC. The Shaw. Savill, and Albion Co.’s liner Corinthic, which arrived at Auckland at noon on Tuesday from London and Southampton, will leave the northern port next Tuesday afternoon for Lyttelton to complete discharge and to commence taking in cargo. She will subsequently load at Gisborne, Napier, and AVellington, arriving here on August 14. The vessel is to sail from AA’ellington nt daybreak on August 21 for Southampton and London, via Montevideo and Teneriffe. CANADIAN SPINNER AT NEAV YORK. Cable advice has been received that the Canadian Spinner arrived at New York on July 16 from Auckland, en route to Boston and Montreal. The vessel left Auckland on June 5. THE PORT HUNTER. The C. and D. Line report that tlie Port Hunter left Port Chalmers vesterday afternoon for Timaru, from which port she is to sail this evening for Lyttelton and AA’elllngton to complete loading for New York, Boston and London. MARAROA’S BERTHAGE. When the Mararoa arrives at AA’ellington this morning from Lyttelton she will berth at tlie Glasgow AVharf, sailing from that berth for the soutli this evening. THE TATRO A. The Shaw, Savill, and Albion Co.’s steamer Tairoa arrived at New Plymouth yesterday morning from Dunedin. She will leave the Taranaki port on Tuesday to complete loading at AVanganui, Gisborne, and AA’ellington. MISCELLANEOUS. The Kaimanawa is due at AVellington on Tuesday from Portland with cement. After discharge she will proceed to AVestport to load coal for a return trip. The Waiheino is to sail from AVellington to-morrow for Newcastle to load coal for a return trip.
