(BY Telegraph.—Press association.) Auckland, July 23. At tho Supremo Court to-day Stanley Lawrenco George Gough, for breaking, entering, and theft, was admitted to” two veers’ probation. Sidney Gorman admitted a charge of bigamy. It was stated that divorce proceedings had been commenced by bis legal wife. Mr. Justice Stringer bound accused, on his own recognisance, to come up for sentence in February. His Honour said that if tho maintenance affairs were cleared up by then nothing more would bo heard about the matter.
