TOURNAMENT AT FEILDING. Br Telegraph—Press Association. Feilding, June 3. Over 50 teams from Wellington, Wairnrapa, Hawke's Bay, Wanganui, and Taranaki competed in a hockey tournament here to-day. The'' ladies played seven a side and men five a side. In tho ladies’ contest, St. John’s (Dannevirke) and Marton met in the final, St. John’s winning by tho narrowest margin, hit behind line. The men’s contest was won by Lower Hutt, who defeated Pirates (Feilding) in the final. The Phillpot Cup contest for Wesley Bible Class teams was won by Feilding, who defeated Wellington.
