London, May 9. Sir James Allen is going to Yp-res tomorrow in connection with the battle memorials, and from there he goes to Geneva to sign, on behalf of New Zealand, the Customs Uniformity Convention and also probably to confer with Spahlinger.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
