CHINESE TOURING TEAM DUE IN WELLINGTON ON JULY 15. The secretary of the New Zealand Football Association (Mr. B. L. Salmon) received cabled advice yesterday from Dr. Gray, of Shanghai, to the effect that the Chinese University students’ Soccer team will be leaving Hong-Kong by the /I'ango Maru on June 18. The teanrtis due at Sydney on Julv 9. and will leave there by the Mahono on July 11 for Wellington, where it will arrive on July 15. A letter received from. Dr. Gray by this ■week’s mail intimated that the invitation and details regarding the tour sent out by the New Zealand Football Association were considered entirely Satisfactory. A good team will be sent.
