FAILURE TO MAKE INCOME TAX RETURNS Bt Telegraph—Press Association. Christchurch, April 30. T. T 7. Rove, sclicitor, was fined £lO and costs on each of two charges of failing to make income tax returns for 1922 and 1923. The defence was that the matter was one of pure dilatoriness. The Magistrate, replied that there were no mitigating circumstances.
