PARTY AT WINDSOR
London, April 27. The King hoped to witness the Association Cup Final at Wembley, but later he arranged to remain at Windsor to receive the Primo Minister and Miss Isobel MacDonald, who were present at a private weel-c.nd party at Windsor. The party included Princess Helena Victoria, the Archbishop of Canterbury, the American Ambassador, and Mrs. Kellogg, and Viscount and Viscountess Cowdray.— Reuter.
