MORE LIGHT CRUISERS NEEDED Peking, April 26. Admiral Washington, commanding the United States Asiatic Fleet, was the guest at a dinner given by the American Legion. In a speech ho appealed for the co-operation of all civilions in China in securing more ships for the China service, in addition to six o-unboats for the China river work.
