MIRAMAR CLL’B. A men's four-ball match was played at Miramar on Saturday, for which there were 48 entries. It was a day worthy of any description, and the results were surprisingly good. Senior men played with a junior man. E. 11. Liddle and S Jacobs came in 2 up on bogey, A. E. Conway and A. B. Hamilton were also 2 up. but J. H. Drake and A. C. Hammond, who were out in the worst of the wind and weather came in 7 up. and with a 5 at £ 4-hole Drake • score could have read 75. _ It is hoped to play a match with officers of the Fleet on Thursday.
