William Murphy, alias Tyler, a fifth offender, who procured liquor during the currency of his prohibition order, was fined c£2, in default seven days’ imprisonment. Further demands until Wednesday next were granted on the cases of Charles Aynsley, who is alleged to have forged a Post Office receipt form and a telegram; Parlane Ross Walker, a farmer, who was charged with attempted fraud; and Frank Ansell, alias Friink Ward Ansell, who appeared on a charge of forging a telegram.
